An awareness session on the Employee Code of Conduct was held yesterday, 18th August 2021. The session was facilitated by Ms. Areesha Ismail, Executive Officer of the HR Department. The purpose of the session was to set an ethical framework and foundation to orient employees to do the right thing and to encourage the staff for moral conduct inside the organization. Additionally, to empower employees to handle ethical dilemmas they encounter in everyday work.
