Series of trainings are conducted by the regional director Signor Francesco De Alessi of Santa Margherita. The sole purpose of these trainings is to give the resorts more knowledge and insights about the specific wine regions in Italy and how the viticulture and vilification process differ at Santa Margherita.
These trainings are well received by the resorts and used as part of their on the job training to uplift the knowledge of their F&B staff.
