The grand tasting is held twice in a year. The idea of the tasting is to showcase the new arrivals to the trade. The event is held over a period of two days at a conveniently located resort to Male’ (The capital). The Trade is invited then to come and participate the tasting to get exposed to the new arrivals.
The event in general provides an opportunity for the trade sommeliers to get exposed to the new portfolio of SIMDI Bev and gives them room to decide for any changes that they want to do to their lists and also provides an opportunity to network.
