The Dilmah Tea Mixology Playoff at Kurumba Maldives was a thrilling showcase where tradition met modern mixology. 22 of the most talented mixologists from renowned resorts and hotels across the Maldives captivated us with their tea-infused masterpieces, blending creativity and skill.
The competition format was intense, with each participant crafting 3 tea infused drinks.
They had 12 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes to present their drinks, keeping the energy high throughout!
Our esteemed panel of judges included:
- Mr. Dilhan C. Fernando: CEO of Dilmah Ceylon Tea, a second-generation tea grower and visionary leader behind Dilmah's innovations in the tea industry.
- Mr. Jay Gray: Dilmah's master mixologist, known for his expertise and innovative approach to tea-infused drinks.
